Whether you’re buying or selling your home, Jean will work hard for you.
Listening to your needs. She listens carefully to understand your lifestyle, your preferred neighborhood or area of interest, and what features you value in a home. She’ll work diligently to ensure that those services complement your needs, and that the properties she’ll show you meet your expectations.
Earning your trust. Jean believes trust must be earned through a sincere interest in you, the client. She is committed to being attentive, working hard, and providing you with an in-depth knowledge of the area.
Finding your dream home. There’s more to a dream home than three bedrooms and two baths. Experience has taught Jean to ask a lot of questions – to probe below the surface. She’ll help you articulate your needs so she can find the perfect home.
Finding a qualified buyer for your home. Selling a home involves much more than simply placing the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®). It includes aggressively marketing your property through every available resource, and then following up with every prospective buyer. To help guarantee success, she’ll also share the post-showing feedback with you.
Leaving the decision up to you. Jean believes in providing you, the client, with all the information regarding the sale or purchase of a home. Then she’ll step back and let you make the decision.
Handling the details. You can count on Jean to guide you through the complex process of selling or buying a home. She’ll handle the details of the transaction, and she’ll guide you through the paperwork.
Acting as your resource center. Whether you need home repairs, inspections, home insurance, home warranty, mortgage services, title services, or security services, Jean can provide you with reliable professional resources in all of these fields.
Negotiating with expertise. Negotiating the price is a highly sensitive pressure point during the sale and purchase of a home. Jean’s ability to apply even-handed diplomacy in price negotiations and in the terms of sale will help bring about a satisfactory result for everyone involved.
