From satisfied customers who recently purchased hunting land in NW WI: "Just a note of thanks for a job well done. In this day of apathy and carelessness, it was certainly refreshing to work with someone who really cared. You were fun to work with as well as great professionalism. I wish you success in your future sales, you represent your company well." - Marv and Dale

As your Realtor, I promise hard work and dedication to the task at hand. I’ll listen, and I’ll help you find the lake, the land, or the home or cabin that’s just right for you.
How can I help you?
If you’re a buyer… I can help you find properties at excellent values. Looking for a home at the lake? In the woods? In town? Looking for a second home or a cabin that offers a much-needed respite from the turmoil of the city? Looking for vacant lakeshore or country land? Looking for prime northwoods hunting land? Whatever your needs, I’ll help you find the property that’s right for you.
If you’re a seller… I can help make your property stand out from the crowd. Among the skills I bring to the table are professional-level photography and graphic design. I know how to show your property to its best advantage, and I’ll create a marketing plan tailored specifically for your property.
I know the area; I also understand the needs of buyers from outside the area.
For the past several years, I’ve lived right here in Gordon. I know the area well. Still, having originally moved here from the Twin Cities, I’m especially attuned to the needs and expectations of buyers from elsewhere. I’m comfortable working with clients from the big woods or the big city.
My husband and I love the outdoors, and we love to get out and explore. That’s really helped us get to know the area. I know the roads and trails, and I know the lakes and rivers. And, because I enjoy the outdoors so much myself, I have a deeper understanding of what people area looking for in a home, cabin, or recreational property—and also where they’ll have the best chance of finding it.
I’ll take time to really listen.
Of course, different people enjoy the outdoors in different ways. I’ve worked with some clients who were passionate about trout fishing, and with others who loved waterskiing. Some wanted to be on a ski trail, and others wanted to be on a snowmobile trail. (Several were interested only in deer trails; if you’re looking for hunting land, let’s talk.) Some wanted neighbors nearby, and others wanted space, solitude, and silence.
And, even after people have settled on a general location, they tend to value very different features in a home or cabin. Your dream home isn’t the same as mine—and that’s OK. It’s all part of what makes my job challenging, rewarding, and fun.
I’ll take time to really listen. If everyone were looking for exactly the same thing in their new home, cabin, or land, then my job would be much easier—but also much less interesting. I take pride in the fact that I work well with a diverse group of clients, from first-time buyers, to buyers ready to move up to a larger home, to seniors looking to downsize. Everyone’s different, and so are their dreams. I’ll ask questions, and I’ll listen carefully to understand your lifestyle, your preferred neighborhood or area of interest, and the features you value most in a home, cabin, or piece of land.
More About Me
My husband Al and I live on the Gordon/St. Croix Flowage. Already familiar with the area, we finally moved here from the Twin Cities about seven years ago. We found a great neighborhood, and we have some great neighbors. We love it here.
Since we moved here from the Twin Cities, we’ve come to know the area well. We love the outdoors, and we love to get out and explore. That’s really helped us learn our way around.
I keep current on local events, services, and issues that concern our community. I’ve dedicated myself to serving the community. I’m currently serving as a board member of the Gordon/St. Croix Flowage Association. I also help design and produce the quarterly newsletter with current information about the Association’s activities and local water quality issues.
Although I live here in the neighborhood, I’m proud to be associated with Edina Realty. We offer you more experience, better sales tools, more marketing muscle, and an unsurpassed online networking capability to help you get your property sold. I’m backed by the resources of a leading real estate firm with a reputation for excellence and service. |
